    ⦁ Do I need to subscribe?                                                                                                                                                                                                                                 No. Subscription is optional.

    ⦁ Do you sell gift certificates?                                                                                                                                                                                                                          Electronic gift certificates for both are available for purchase on-line.

    Ordering
    ⦁ How do I order?
             Go to the Our Menu page. Select the item you want. Indicate the desired  size, variation and quantity. Add to your basket and return to the menu.
    ⦁ Can I make a request for items not on your menu?
             Yes. Please email your requests and suggestions to thetravellingbowl@gmail.com
    ⦁ Can I substitute another side than the one listed?
             Yes, simply make the request in the comment box upon checkout.           

     ⦁ What is order schedule?
             Order by Sunday 7pm for Wednesday delivery between 4-8pm.                           Order by Thursday 7pm for Sunday delivery between 4-8pm.

    ⦁ How do I find products that are dairy free?
             Use the Search Box to find any group of products.
    ⦁ How do I know if the product is Vegan or Gluten Free?
              All dietary information is listed under the product on the order page.
    ⦁ Do you list the ingredients of each item?
             Yes, on the order page under the product.
    ⦁ What is the shelf-life of your products?
             They have a refrigerated shelf life of up to 3 days
             All products come to you freshly made within the previous 24 hours.
    ⦁ Can I freeze the product?
             It is indicated under the product on the order page.

    Payments
    ⦁ Do you accept e-tranfers as payment?
            Yes, indicate Bank Deposit on the payment page Complete your purchase.
              Then e-transfer your payment to thetravellingbowl@gmail.com.
    ⦁ Do you accept cash-on-delivery or at pick up?
            Yes, please have exact cash or cheque (payable to The Travelling Bowl)   ready upon delivery or pick up.

    Delivery/Pickup
    ⦁ Is there a delivery fee?                                                                                                                                 Yes, $5 for you order.
    ⦁ What is your delivery area?
             The delivery is within within Kitchener and Waterloo.
    ⦁ Can I pick up my order?
              Unfortunately, at the moment we offer only delivery.
    ⦁ Can I arrange an alternate day/time for the delivery of my order?
             Yes, make the request in the comment box on the order form. And we will confirm your request.
